Employees are the back bone of a particular company and to keep up a very good employee relations will determine the success of the company. Therefore, Shinjiru had constantly emphasized the welfare for all its 30 multiracial employees by supporting them in all areas. Here in Shinjiru, we are trained to help each other and be as cooperative as possible between individuals and divisions in order to strive the company’s vision and mission.

These had become the tradition of Shinjiru and we would like to express our gratitude to the Management that had successfully made it as our practice in the company. “We have to ensure that all of our staffs are satisfied with the management of this company and Shinjiru will always practice the ‘open door’ concept whereby whatever dissatisfaction and problems can be discussed and solved fairly. We are opened to any of the staff’s opinions if they are valuable for the company to improve itself,” said the Management

Besides emphasizing workplace discipline and performance, Shinjiru had taken another initiative to provide its staffs with additional facilities like providing Nintendo Wii game for us to release our stress after a long day at work. In addition, Shinjiru had organized few company trips to both local and international destinations. A perfect balance of work and leisure has always been our practice and tradition here in Shinjiru!

Among the places that we went for the past 2 years for the company trips are Hong Kong, Endau, Genting Highlands and Port Dickson. These great and exciting opportunities is another wise step of Shinjiru to show its appreciation and concern for the staffs that had been so dedicated and supportive towards the management. On top of that, these activities had strengthen the employee relations that had also gradually strengthen our sense of belonging towards the company.
