1. Shinjiru Gives Back

   Following our lights off at the Command Center during Earth Hour on 25 March 2011, Shinjiru decided to go a step further by pledging to donate RM50 to WWF Malaysia for every Shared Hosting plan (except Mini Plan) purchased between 25 March and 8 April.

   We are absolutely thrilled by the response from our customers. We want to say a BIG THANK YOU for making a difference.

   Although the campaign has ended, it doesn’t mean our efforts to preserve the planet stops here. WWF Malaysia has kindly listed some suggestions for the community to practice energy saving.

   Some of the things we can do daily include turning off electrical equipments instead of leaving them on standby mode,turning off the tap while brushing our teeth, recycle reusable items, try to go paperless and cut down on plastic waste. Most shopping malls and hypermarkets now practice “No Plastic Day”, but let us start making everyday No Plastic by using our own bags to the shops to carry home our groceries and shopping.    Remember, we did not inherit the present from our ancestors, we just borrowed it from our children.

   Let us all make an effort to Live Green, everyday.
